Stretch Baby Stretch!

To reverse the hunch in your back and the rounded shoulders in your posture try this position.

Place a pillow at your waist. Now lie back with your thoracic spine over the pillow as in the picture below. As comfortable, stretch both arms overhead.












Feel your posture, shoulders and diaphragm stretch over the pillow for 30 seconds.
