Hula Baby!

Grab a large hula hoop and your inner kid coolness for some great play-ercise.

Forward Hula

This is a fun way to build leg muscle strength, range of motion and coordination. Step through the hoop moving forward - helps knees bend, legs strengthen and balance confidence.  Keep the hoop moving similar to a jump rope.

Backward Hula

Feeling sassy? Try stepping through the hoop backwards while keeping the hoop moving. So, hold the hula in the both hands, sweep the hula up over your head, and then step safely backwards.
