Frog Legs

Use this position to quiet angry buttock/gluteal back muscles, an irritated SI joint or even a bulging disc.

Lying on your belly, both knees are bent and slightly wider that hips. Cross ankles and rest feet against a wall or headboard. The easiest position is if you are upside down in bed, feet where your head usually lies. I call this a frog leg position because frankly, that's how it looks to me. Go figure! Enjoy this position for 5 minutes.
